Try your hand at Dragon boating, Sept. 21 from Noon to 2pm at Tl'awh-ah-dees Park during Kenmore Oktoberfest
In support of Kenmore Oktoberfest, Seattle Flying Dragons is inviting you to try dragon boating in the spirit of power, speed, synchronization, and endurance. It's a low-impact, full-body workout for people of any experience level, and it's lots of fun!
No paddling or swimming experience required. Paddles and life vests will be provided. Dress for the weather. Bring a change of clothes or wear clothing and shoes that can get wet. Bring water with you. Ages 12 and up allowed, provided that a parent/guardian accompanies them in the boat.
Sign up on Meetup to spend a couple hours with us paddling on the Sammamish River. All equipment is provided. Just show up for basic instructions before we head out.
Before you can participate, please fill out the guest waiver beforehand.
