Presented by Jason Knight, Co-Founder & Director at Alderleaf Wilderness College in Monroe and author of “The Essential Skills of Wilderness Survival.” Books will be available for purchase.

Description: “The Italian Vegetable Cookbook” by Michele Scicolone. Try making a recipe of your choice from the same cookbook! Send a photo of your finished dish to the librarian host along with brief comments about your experience.
We cannot share food at these meetings, but we will watch a slide show of our cooking adventures and share successes and failures!
