Northgate, Roosevelt and University Link stations ready to open
Sound Transit is approaching the finish line as it works to open three new stations at Northgate, Roosevelt and the U District on Oct. 2.
The agency has been running full simulated service without passengers throughout the month of September. All trains will continue without riders from University of Washington Station to and from Northgate, but on Oct. 2, passengers will begin boarding and departing from the three new stations that extend the system from Angle Lake south of Sea Tac all the way to Northgate, 22 miles apart.
