Come to May 10 Open House/Potluck
The Kenmore Community Club is proud to announce that the long awaited bathrooms renovation is nearly complete. The newly remodeled facilities feature more open space for ADA compliance, and a brighter much cleaner design that is more comfortable for events that require costume or bridal changes and prep. While the major work is completed, there remains finishing touches including molding, trim and accessories such as soap, towel and toilet paper dispensers.
Come see the renovations at the May 10, 2023 potluck. Bring a dish to share and catch up with neighbors and friends while we "christen" the latest upgrades to our historic landmark hall.
Many thanks to David Evans, treasurer and Nick Freeman, president for their dogged determination and uncounted hours spent wrestling this project to completion. A huge thank you too to Jay Greening who provided invaluable architectural and design work and consultations throughout the project.
The renovations took longer than expected and cost more than estimated, as is common with renovations. As a result the Kenmore Community Club is holding a fundraiser to help pay for the final touches to the renovation.
Any donation will be greatly appreciated, even $5 makes a difference. Major donations of $1000 or more will be honored with prominent placement on our donor wall. As a 501c3 organization, all donations to the Kenmore Community Club are tax deductible.
