The Kenmore Community Club is mourning the loss of our most ardent supporter and source of inspiration, former manager and trustee Annette Eaton.
With her husband Bud, Annette secured the status of our Club's Hall as a King County Landmark, opening doors to the renovation and rehabilitation we have offered our community in the last few years.
Anyone who has ever made a memory at KCC in recent decades has the nurturing hand and caring heart of Annette Eaton to thank for it. We will miss her and cherish her memory.
Annette had been a long-time member of both the Heritage Club and the Kenmore Community Club and was an active member of the community coaching youth soccer and baseball, and serving in various roles at Arrowhead Elementary School.
Always a willing volunteer, Annette helped build the school’s playground structure, worked on the PTA at both Arrowhead and Inglemoor High School. She helped organize the Northshore School District’s first newspaper and always a helping presence at Campfire Girl, Bothell High alumni and Kenmore Community Club events.
