Kenmore Community Club will use its location at 7304 NE 175th St. Kenmore, WA 98028 for a drive-through food distribution event in support of the COVID-19 food distribution network coordinated by INSP (International Nutritional Sustainable Partners).

Volunteers are needed to help distribute food from farms to families at this event. INSP will have a box truck on location and volunteers are needed to load the produce into cars. All of the food originates from farms in our region.

During the pandemic, INSP has coordinated dozens of similar events from Tacoma to Redmond. When another supporter was unable to host the event on March 5, Trustees Bharati Khandekar and Will French arranged for this event at the Kenmore Community Club to avoid interruption of food distribution.

More volunteers are needed. New members of the Kenmore Community Club can use this event as one of their annual contributions to remain in good standing and enjoy their parking and discount benefits. All volunteers should wear masks and gloves and comply with social distancing guidelines at this all-outdoor event.
