Kenmore Rowing Club gears up for new boathouse

Kenmore Rowing has started planning for its 2021 season, setting up a 9-week virtual conditioning class starting on April 5. They are also planning some erg classes, one for those who have not erg'ed before or need to have their form tweaked or corrected by our coaches for on-water efficiency, and one for those more experienced erg-ers who want to workout with fellow rowers.

These classes will be in-person, with appropriate COVID-19 precautions in place. The plan is to get outside and on the water sometime in late May/early June. Final scheduling is TBD, but will likely be two evenings per week.

The club is anticipating offering both Novice and Experienced Masters groups as well as Learn To Row classes. Summer Camps are also being planned for Juniors. Our summer camps have been a wonderful way to introduce kids 12+ to the sport, with several going on to row at Inglemoor High School.
