We hope the new year finds each and all happy, healthy and ready to take on whatever
comes next.
The Kenmore Senior Center, located in Rhododendron Park is open Monday-Friday,
9am-3pm. The new Winter 2023 catalog is available for pick up at our site. Feel free to
stop in for a cup of coffee and check out our current offerings of activities which include:
day trips, bridge, watercolor class, pinochle, crafting club, sewing group, and much
more.
To say goodbye to 2022 and greet 2023, we are offering a very special “process art”
session. Full description below:
HE(ART) AND SOUL ART CLASS
You're invited to participate in a unique "process" experience. We will create something
beautiful as we remember the year gone by and look forward to the year ahead. This approach results in a one of kind art piece that is yours alone. It's a great
way to welcome in the new year! All supplies included in class fee.
Date/time: Thursday, Jan. 5, from 10am-noon.
Location: Kenmore - Annex
Facilitators: Debra Morey, Pasha Mohajerjasbi
Cost: $5 MEMBER/$10 NON-MEMBER
The Kenmore Community Food Pantry happens the 2nd /4th Wednesday of every month,
12:30-2:30pm. (Jan. 11 & 25). All are welcome. Donations of food or cash can be
made during regular business hours. A very special thank you to Steven and Janet
Ketcham and the folks at Inglewood Shores for their recent donation of non-perishable
food and toiletry items. Much appreciated!
