Learn belly dancing for fitness at Kenmore Senior Center

Here's your chance at Kenmore Senior Center

Total body movement, such as belly dance, enhances the functions of other body systems, such as circulatory, respiratory, skeletal, and muscular systems. It is one of the few exercise forms that tones up the pelvic floor.

  • Thursday 10am to 11am



Play Backgammon

  • Tuesdays at 12pm to 3pm Kenmore Senior Center $5 per session, members use punchcard





  • Pilates Thursdays Mat/Floor Class 9:30-10:30 am Chair/Seated Class 11am to 11:45am Seated Yoga 1pm to 2pm

    Description: $32 per month for members, $64 per month for non-members




  • Tone-up Fitness Mondays 11am to 12pm


  • Qi-Gong – Wednesdays 11am-12pm "Chee Kung" ancient Chinese practice of energy restoration through slow, flowing movement


  • Card games

Bridge, Mon and Wed. 11am to 3pm

Hand & Foot Fri. 12pm to 3pm

  • Draw/Sketch Mon. 1pm to 3pm


  • Watercolor

    Wed. 1pm to 3pm


Food distribution every week:  1st/3rd Tuesdays – Hopelink Mobile Food Market in the parking lot 1-2pm 2nd/4th Wednesdays – Community Food Bank, 12:30-2:30 pm at the Kenmore Senior Center.  


Your Northshore Senior Center membership of $48/year provides access to all 3 locations, Bothell, Kenmore and Mill Creek!  Member benefits include many free and reduced-price clubs, classes and fitness programs. Call 425.489.0707 or stop by our little cottage in Rhododendron Park Mon-Fri, 9am-3pm to pick up a schedule, sign up for a class and stay for a cup of coffee.
