All meeting room reservations in city facilities are cancelled through the April 24, 2020. These cancellations include public events, classes, organized recreation activities, committee meetings, etc. in both the Hangar and City Hall. Exceptions are as follows:
City Council Meeting on March 16 at 7 p.m. is still scheduled and will follow Public Health’s latest directives on meetings with fewer than 250 people. While this meeting is still open to the public, we encourage online viewing here.
The Financial Sustainability Plan Community Meeting on March 24 at 7 p.m. will be held as a 100% virtual meeting with no physical location. Community members are encouraged to participate online in this interactive forum. Find out more here.
Kenmore Business Alliance on March 18 at 8:30 a.m. will be held via video conference with no physical location. This meeting will provide an update on Chamber and government efforts pertaining to the pandemic and solicit information from businesses on how they are coping with the situation.
