Final touches to finish the bathroom renovation including painting siding outside, insulation under the floor, painting trim molding.
It has been a long sometimes difficult project, but at long last the renovations of the Kenmore Community Club bathrooms is almost done. All that is left is replacing the wheelchair ramp. Finishing touches including feathering in the siding next to the new front door, insulating the floors, hanging mirrors and painting the trim molding, all of which was completed by volunteers.
Many thanks to David Evans, Nick Freeman, and Jay Greening for the hundreds of hours they all put in doing the the last checklist items needed to pass the final inspections. Thanks to Alex Chin-Evans, Kristan Muhittinoglu, Brad Srebnik for painting and all the other volunteers who help bring this valuable project to completion.
The renovations took longer than expected and cost more than estimated, as is common with renovations. As a result the Kenmore Community Club has an online fundraiser to help pay for the final touches to the renovation.
Any donation will be greatly appreciated, even $5 makes a difference. Major donations of $1000 or more will be honored with prominent placement on our donor wall. As a 501c3 organization, all donations to the Kenmore Community Club are tax deductible.
