Cardio Drumming

Mondays 11:30-12:30

Give cardio drumming a try!  Utilizing fitness balls and drumsticks, cardio drumming combines cardio exercise and drumming to music for an easy and effective work out.  $32 member/$64 nonmember per month


Belly Dancing for strength and balance

Thursdays 10-11am for strength and balance or Thursday EVENING 7-8pm

$32 member / $64 non-member per month

Have fun and get fit! Improve balance, strengthen your core,

reduce joint pain. Wear loose comfortable clothes.

Tai Chi for Beginners

Ongoing on Fridays 1-1:45PM

Instructor Frank Mateo will demonstrate the soft Yang style Tai Chi with a focus on engaging the heart and mind to employ harmony, balance, and mindfulness. Great for beginners and those with restricted mobility.


Tone-up Fitness

Weekly on Monday, Dec. 210:30-11:30a.m. Emphasis on gentle exercise to help with flexibility and balance. Simple, fun and healthy. $15 member/$30 nonmember, per month

Qi-Gong – Wednesdays 11am-12pm

"Chee-Kung" is an ancient Chinese exercise using Posture, Movement, Deep Breathing and Conscious Intent to move life energy through your body. Sit or stand for this self-healing gentle exercise. Easy, yet powerful. You can do it. Open to the community. Advanced registration is required. Dress for the weather as many classes will be in the fresh air.

Wine Club

Feb. 19, 1-3pm

Learn the basics of identifying wines

$30 members/$60 non-members

Meets once a month on Jan. 15, Feb. 19 and March 19 from 1-3pm

Participants will learn the basics of recognizing the aromas and flavors of a wide variety of wines through formal tasting and scent education (Limit 8)



Card games

Bridge – Weekly on Mon. and Wed. 11:00am – 3:00pm

Punch card required. Come join in as we enjoy each other's company and play the "greatest card game of all". All skill levels welcome.


Kenmore Pinochle/Hand & Foot

Fridays 12:00 – 3:00pm

Punch card required.


Table Top games

Fridays 10:00am – 12:00pm

Enjoy learning a variety of new games that encourage strategy and different thinking styles. We will also have some familiar board games available for those that want to enjoy "the classics". Facilitator: Jenny Sayward



Draw/Sketch Weekly Mon. 1pm to 3pm


Watercolor

Weekly Thur. 12 – 3:00pm

Learn the basics for creating an outstanding painting in watercolor. Projects will emphasize the use of color, value, line and composition. Instruction of special techniques will be offered to enhance work produced each week. Beginners welcome! $28 member/$56 nonmember



Food distribution every week:  1st/3rd Tuesdays – Hopelink Mobile Food Market in the parking lot 1-2pm 2nd/4th Wednesdays – Community Food Bank, 12:30-2:30 pm at the Kenmore Senior Center.
