Alluvium Cellars held a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony, Jan. 28

On Jan. 28, Alluvium Cellars held its grand opening to the public in Kenmore's Town Square near Zeek's Pizza. Guests were invited to tour the new tasting room of the winery with vineyards located along the Klickatat River in the Columbia Gorge. Charcuterie cups were served to the first 30 guests and given a 10% discount on their purchases.

Founded by Tyson and Brittany Trautmann, the winery grew out a shared passion for wine. What began as a hobby, Tyson and Brittany found themselves experimenting with winemaking in their garage, and quickly realized they not only enjoyed the process but had a natural aptitude for it.

When a friend who owned a local cidery had outgrown his production space in Woodinville's Warehouse District, Tyson and Brittany seized the opportunity and moved into the warehouse and founded Alluvium Cellars.

The fledgling winery grew rapidly and now are establishing the new tasting room in Kenmore at 18115 68th Ave NE Suite 102, Kenmore, WA 98028. Stop by and welcome the Trautmann's to Kenmore and taste their wine.
